With an aim to develop your professionalism for a long-term career in Fashion Retail industry, the 2 years’ program provides you the practical retail experience, classroom and on-the-job training, projects and assignments, and the opportunity to station at our PRC stores to widen your exposure; upon successful completion of the program, you can explore an extensive business perspective in fashion world and a fast track to take up frontline management role within Sidefame brands.

5. Shop Supervision

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Fashion/ Business related discipline

- Passion in fashion retail and frontline operations management

- Proactive, energetic and willing to take up new challenges

- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility

- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua

- Experience in frontline operations/service industruy is an advantage but not essental

- Fresh graduates are welcome
