Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Head in overseeing all logistics activities to drive operational excellence in terms of shipment planning and improving the logistics service provider performance
• Ensure full SOP compliance within the team and identify opportunities for further process enhancement / simplification;
• Assist the Department Head in reviewing shipment lead time and monitoring on-time deliveries;
• Works closely with 3PLs in reassuring proper and timely deliveries;
• Support in preparing regular reporting for process and shipment control;
• Assist the Department Head in building the appropriate logistics solution for the merchants;
• Ensure logistics service provider performance achieve KPI targets; and
• Liaise with logistics service provider on ad-hoc report preparation / data collection when needed.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated, 3-4 working experience with knowledge in logistics and shipping processes(MUST);
• Open minded communication style with balance view among people, processes and performance;
• Practical, team player and customer service oriented;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Willing to walk extra miles to achieve the goal and strong problem solving ability; and
• Sound knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications, Excel database skill is crucial.
