Location: Tuen Mun/Kwai Fong

Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing: entering/fulfilling/expediting customer order (SAP system);
• To handle/following-up invoicing and shipping documents in prompt and proper manner;
• Assist in system database maintenance;
• Follow up customer payment, reconciliation and collection;
• Proactive action involving internal departments;
• Timely reporting: accomplish department mission by forwarding sales tracking records and completing related results.
  
  
  

Experience Required:

Working Experience    Familiar with SAP,+2 years in processing customers orders sales, handling international and regional customers a plus

Attributes                Good command/fluent in English and Putonghua; Cautious and good numerical sense

PC                           Word, Excel & Powerpoint

Educational             Diploma holder or above

Working Time          5-day week
