Responsibilities:
l Responsible for handling I/E logistics order and document, data input and clerical duties etc.
l Prepare invoice, packing list and purchase order
l Communication with China factory for PO deliveries to ensure all deliveries on a timely based
l Keep track of shipments and update shipment details
l Liaise with freight forwarder, transportation company and suppliers for deliveries and keep accurate records of deliveries
l Other ad-hoc jobs
Requirements:
l Form 5 or above
l Min. 1 year relevant experience in handling shipping or logistics I/E background
l Be honest, pro-active, able to work under pressure, willing to learn
l Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
l Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
