PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:
Support and coordinate all property flows and communication flows. Conduct physical handling of property from time of arrival at Christie’s until is sold and released to client/owner or back through the cycle for re-offers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Obtain necessary release paperwork & check documents
- Unpack/pack, store and maintain accurate property records
- Physical inventory checks
- General organization of the warehouse
- Support photography during photo shoots
- Assist with all saleroom setups and support property viewings
- Support all other logistics functional areas as directed by management
- Handle Client enquiries and requests on all logistic related matter
- Work closely with external warehouse
- Other duties as assigned by Management/Supervisor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a high school diploma (college/university degree preferred)
- Art Handling experience will be a bonus
- Possess basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Detailed orientated and proactive
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong organizational skills and time management ability
