Description:

You will be required to monitor and update the production schedule for purchase orders with global clientele. You must manage and schedule all Quality Control Inspections at Zeeva factories within China. Also, you will be required to interpret Client Purchase Orders and Guidelines to then correctly relay instructions and information to Zeeva factories. Some examples of tasks include:

• Issuing Carton Markings to Zeeva factories
• Issuing Product or Packaging Labeling requirements to Zeeva factories

In successfully executing the above responsibilities, you must have strong communication skills to be able to interact well with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma holder in shipping or logistic related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience

• Good understanding of Logistics in China and basic manufacturing knowledge will be advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Organized, responsible, detail oriented, proactive and fast-learner with good working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and under pressure
