Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with Accounting department for invoices and make sure everything issue on time.
• Update KPI report for review.
• Support sales team to co-ordinate with 3PL customers and vendors to provide efficient customers response on daily activities.
• Collect the buying rate from vendors on time.

Requirements: 

• Tertiary education or above with at least 2 years working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal department.
• Sensitive to numbers and good mathematical skills.
• Self-motivated, team player, well organized, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle data analysis.
• Knowledge on fleet management is preferable.
