Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all daily financial & accounting functions, budgeting, internal control and tax related matters
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and consolidated financial reports
• Control corporate treasury operations and cash management
• Participate in ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and associate of ACCA/HKICPA
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience, commercial experience gained from a HK listed company engaged in manufacturing/electronic industry is preferred
• Company secretarial work related experience is a plus
• Experience in PRC tax regulations and accounting is an added advantage
• Capable of working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Frequent travel is required
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant
