Job Descriptions:

• Perform general receptionist duties such as greeting guests, handling incoming telephone calls, courier and mail arrangements

• Managing consumable office supplies such as stationary, pantry stuff, etc

• Responsible for travel arrangement, air ticket and hotel reservation

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department

• Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in sizable company

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
