Responsibilities
- Based in HK reporting to Group’ President.
- In charge of HR & Administration for the Group, these include Hong Kong Head Office and all branch offices.
- Manage and supervise the HR and Administration team.
- Develop HR strategies,Staff Recruitment and Retention, Training and development, Compensation & Benefits and implementation to cope with Group’s imperatives and business growth.
- Revisit and renew the current HR policies to cope with company growth.
- Act as business partner for line departments to resolve people issues when they arise.
- Occasionally business travel to China offices within China Region.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Group President.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Hands on talent acquisition and people development experience, with China exposure is an advantage.
- At least 6 - 8 years Human Resources working experience in managerial level and leading PRC HR team experience.
- A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Versed knowledge in HK and PRC Labor Law and related legislation.
- Fluent in both written and spoken of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
