Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support to G.M.
• Provide administrative support such as equipment maintenance, printing material supplies, inventory control of stationery and daily necessity
• Assist to prepare powerpoint presentation and reports consolidation and various documents
• Coordinate events and meetings with internal / external parties, prepare agenda, minutes, report, meeting material and handle follow up works
• Assist in collecting and submitting expense statements and reimbursements
• Assist in the HR tasks including but not limited to arranging recruitment ad, screening applications, arranging job interviews and taking record of staff attendance

Job Requirement:

• F.7 or above
• With formal commercial/secretarial training preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Trading and Manufacturing
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, well-organized & self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in pc skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
