    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for general office administration duties including access control, procurement of office supplies, housekeeping, telecommunications, office equipment and facilities maintenance
    • Maintain company’s asset inventory, prepare cost allocation and expenses management reports
    • Co-ordinate staff recreation activities and CSR events
    • Co-ordinate and liaise with external parties such as building management office and services contractors
    • Backup and perform reception services whenever necessary
    • Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


    Requirements:

    • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
    • Minimum 3 years solid experience in office administration
    • Good command of English and Chinese
    • Responsible, organized and attention to details
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
