Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administration duties including access control, procurement of office supplies, housekeeping, telecommunications, office equipment and facilities maintenance
- Maintain company’s asset inventory, prepare cost allocation and expenses management reports
- Co-ordinate staff recreation activities and CSR events
- Co-ordinate and liaise with external parties such as building management office and services contractors
- Backup and perform reception services whenever necessary
- Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in office administration
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Responsible, organized and attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
