Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of secretarial support to Department Head;
• Prepare presentation materials, management reports, meeting agenda and minutes and various documents;
• Establish and maintain the systematic filing system;
• Manage business meetings and travel arrangement
• Assist to perform ad-hoc project as assigned.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above;
• 2 – 5 years relevant working experience in serving senior management;
• Excellent command in both written & spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated;
• Polite, Detail-minded, responsible, efficient, well organized and able to carry out responsibilities with professionalism.
