Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and filing
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Merchandising team
- Arrange sample packing and dispatch to buyers
- Preparation of documents (ex quotations, invoice, P/L and shipment advice etc)
- Photo taking of samples
- Manage and organize samples for storage
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration/ merchandising
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Proficient in using MS Office and Excel with excellent PC knowledge
- Responsible, independent, detail-minded and self-motivated
- Good command of both English and Mandarin
- Immediate available
