Job Scope

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the job holder will be working closely with the financial accounting teams across all regions, focus on the following areas: 

• Responsible for handling full set of books and maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in month end closing, consolidated financial statements and audit schedules preparation
• Prepare financial reports requested by senior management
• Handle daily accounting functions including payment processing
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience in multinational companies
• Able to handle full set of accounts and simple financial analysis
• Hands-on experience in setting up accounting policies and procedures
• Self motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working knowledge with Excel
• Good written and verbal English
