Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Manager to support the daily operation of Finance department in Hong Kong
• Support the month-end closing activities of the company which include but not limited to preparation of reporting schedules and co-ordination of the closing processes with Corporate office
• Handle month end financial reporting, budgeting and forecast,
• Preparing variance analysis and report
• Support ERP system development and enhancement project as needed
• Training & Development the subordinate

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or higher
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in commercial accounting, preferably in catering sector
• At least 2 years in managerial / supervisory level
• Proficiency with ERP system, experience in Ufida用友 will be advantage
• Excellent analytical & presentation skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
