Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated management reports, forecast and annual budget
- Maintain and control the excel budget and forecast model
- Perform and review variances analyses
- Handle full set of financial accounts
- Prepare consolidation accounts, schedules and management analysis
- Prepare tax computation, statutory audit reports, sub-group consolidation packages and schedules
- Involve in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience in CPA; Experience in Property Development , Construction industry and/ or HK listed company is an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Proactive, analytical, self motivated and a good team player
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
