Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the corporate recovery in both HK, China and Macau
• Initiate and formulate appropriate recovery strategies and suggest appropriate remedial actions in accordance to the Bank’s guidelines
• Negotiate and restructure problem credits on a direct and advisory basis for the designated accounts
• Handle a portfolio of assigned non-performing loan (NPL) accounts
• Review loan grading of NPL accounts and prepare individual impairment assessment
• Prepare and compile analytical reports for management review
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking industry, preferably with solid exposure in corporate and commercial account monitoring and recovery
• Possession of professional qualifications an advantage
• Knowledge in key market practices and industry dynamic
• Strong credit analysis and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
