Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Finance Manager
• Handle full sets of accounts independently, including issue cheques, prepare bank reconciliation and vouchers
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly report, financial & management report, financial analysis, forecast and budget
• Handle payroll, MPF and annual tax return
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Liaise with auditors and tax representative

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or above 
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in F&B / retail industry
• Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word & Excel) and hand-on experience in computerized accounting system
• Mature, proactive, independent, drive for improvement, and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is an added advantage
