Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and highly enthusiastic individual to join a successful property investment business and be part of an efficient Finance team delivering high quality finance and accounting support to the business.  The role is a newly created position with reports to Finance Manager directly and is involved in a significant part of the finance and accounting process.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and packages of the group companies.
• Preparing the consolidated financial statement of the Group
• Preparing analytical report for departments
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and internal policies
• Maintain/implement proper internal control system
• Liaise with external auditor for the statutory audit of the Group
• Take up ad hoc assignment whenever required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with professional qualifications, ie. ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in handling full set of account & management reporting
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office applications such as MS Excel, word and PowerPoint
• Familiar with computerized accounting systems, preferably Sun Account System and Q&A (Vision XL).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving, interpersonal communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
