Duties:
- Responsible for filing, data entry and general clerical duties
- Maintain a proper filing system and update records
- Input and retrieve information from files and/ or system
- Outdoor work required
- Assist HR & Admin Department on ad hoc assignments if necessary
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 2 years working experience in general office
- Must be hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
- Proficient in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability preferred
