Working Location :Tsuen Wan
Working Hours    Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday 09:00 – 18:00 (Alternative Week)

Reporting to Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for sales support and customer services by servicing and retaining existing customers and support the targeting of new customers. You are required to handle mail arrangement, coordinate with customer, vendors and overseas offices. In addition, you need to take care customer phone call and inquiry, identifying process improvements, projects implementation and ensuring quality and process standards and handling major staff and customer issues.

Requirements :

• F.7 or above
• 1 - 2 years working experience in related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good customer services skills and good problems solving abilities
• Proficient in PC applications such as Outlook , Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Patient, hardworking, work under pressure and willing to learn
