Working Location: Tsuen Wan
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 17:40
Responsibilities:- Carry out Dangerous Goods (DG) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) inspection
- Check required documents for branded goods
- Screen customer warehouses after IPR and DG
- Screen customer website after IPR risks
- Daily oversight of operations (Hong Kong) ensuring all required functions are completed within KPIs
- Ensures adherence to standard processes set forth and ownership of new processes and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Above
- 2+ years warehouse/ Operations and people management experience
- Efficient in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft utilities
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Knowledge of postal and courier industry
- Experience in managing people
- Willing to work overtime
- Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
