    職位描述:

    1. 員工每月考勤、績效核對,醫保、勞保及MPF繳納;

    2. 辦公用品採購,辦公費用支付,辦公物品、文檔管理及維護;

    3. 協助員工招聘工作(如:職位發佈、篩選候選人簡歷、新員工入職手續辦理);

    4. 協助公司員工培訓與企業文化建設活動開展;

    5. 協助業務團隊(辦公室&倉庫)做好行政後勤支持;

    6. 與上海總部相關部門聯絡接待等工作。

    任職要求:

    1. 高級文憑以上學歷,人力資源一年以上相關工作經驗;

    2. 良好的公文寫作能力,熟練操作辦公軟件; 

    3. 良好的團隊協作能力和溝通能力;

    4. 較好的執行能力、學習能力及應變能力。

    5. 細心、耐心、責任心
