Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and evaluate training courses;
• Assist in course design and facilitation of management skills training;
• Improve and manage the electronic training record system;
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness for management review;
• Assist in administrative duties related to training activities;
• Review the operation manuals regularly.

 Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 3 years’ training experience, in which 2 years gained from fashion and apparel industry;
• Strong in sales and service training;
• Passionate about helping people grow;
• Experienced in training for management skill, coaching and train-the-trainer;
• Out-going, positive, proactive and strong project management skill;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Strong in MS office, knowledge in computer graphic and movie editing will be an advantage.
