Responsibilities:

• Maximize business acquisition / referral opportunities so as to fulfill the role of retail banking sales / services successfully
• Perform sales and marketing duties to generate mortgage loan business
• Monitor and support Branches mortgage business
• Attend and manage on-site mortgage promotion activities
• Represent the department to participate in any bank-wide projects
• Handle customers’ enquiries and ad hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimun 2 years’ sales experience in banking or finance institution, preferably in mortgage loan products business
• Strong leadership with good communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Customer oriented, good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
