Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director on the execution of restaurant projects including new restaurant’s opening, renovation works, repairs and maintenance supervision in our 14 existing restaurants.
• Co-ordinate between restaurant managers and renovation workers to carry out the required fixing, repair and renovation works as per project schedule.
• Sourcing all necessary goods / products / equipment with potential suppliers (e.g. wine glasses, restaurants’ furniture, kitchen equipment, art works, etc….)
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, good spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Act as translator between the workers and the project management team.
• Energetic, positive and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle work pressure as per tight project deadline.
• Flexibility on working hours when rolling out restaurant projects.
• Working locations will be in different restaurants’ sites.
• Salary: HK$19,000 per month.
