- Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures in health and safety, cleaning and maintenance, room presentation, guest service, and equipment handling
- Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation are according to company standard
- Ensure Housekeeping equipment is maintained in clean and in working order
- Anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly and to exceed their satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a 5-star hotel
