- Assist the Chief Steward to run the Stewards Department. Coordinate with F&B department heads to facilitate efficient Stewarding activities.
- Supervise team members to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety for work areas, facilities, equipment and utensils.
- Recruit, train and supervise team members to achieve department goals
- Oversee inventory control, administration, internal communications and recruitment of the department
- Knowledge of health & safety, food safety standards and chemical handling regulations. HACCP certificate an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of Stewarding or kitchen management experience in a 4-5 star hotel
- Stationed in Macau
