- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant cost-effectively and efficiently. Maximize revenue and productivity of the restaurant by developing innovative business strategies
- Identify customers’ needs and design menus and promotions with the Culinary team to exceed guests’ expectations
- Monitor industry and market trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance the restaurant’s image and offering
- Recruit, train and supervise team members to deliver high quality product and services
- Oversee restaurant administration and internal communications
- Excellent product knowledge of Chinese, Western, International cuisine and wine. Basic budgeting and cash handling experience
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurants of 4-5 star hotels
- Stationed in Macau
