Job Description

We are a dynamic beauty services and retail clothing company run by young and entrepreneurial individuals. The business manager is the key person who runs the daily operations of company, primarily responsible for creating & implementing business strategy, managing marketing program, HR and general administration.  Must be an individual who is high energy, thinks out of the box, drives initiatives to successful conclusions and has a positive attitude.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing business strategies and initiatives
• Managing human resources, including overall staff requirements, hiring/firing, training programs & staff welfare
• Managing marketing campaigns together with external marketing vendors and office staff; key media contact
• Oversee administration, including periodic reporting of business performance and managing accounts
• Monitoring overall operations with other key managers; however not required to run on-the-ground business operations

Qualifications

• At least 5 year of experience in a relevant position with university degree; preferably with management level experience
• Must speak English and Cantonese fluently
• Independent, self-motivated, creative, organised, analytical and responsible
• MS Office skills essential; outlook, excel, powerpoint, word
• Must be a permanent HK resident
