major responsibility:

• Conduct briefing for newly arrived maid.
• Call to the maid for Complaint and follow up. Answer the phone from our maid and outside maid asking about their problem, RC and Change ER.
• Service the maid from outside when they come. They will asked about how to RC or TC procedure ,TC and Complaint report.
• Interview TC/IC and give them the form to fill in and take the photo and after that input her Biodata into internet
• Pick the maid to ER house for termination if necessary.
• Handle the TC maid (Termination Case) and do the process when they go back to Indonesia.
• Handle the Termination Case Return Flight Ticket.
• Need to make the TICKET PRICE LIST
• Service the RC/TI maid when they come to sign the new contract.

qualification and experience:

• Work carefully, and a strong sense of responsibility
• With a strong sense of service
• Fluently Indonesian is must
• Enough good at English or Cantonese
• Have a good skill in operation computer. 
• Familiar with the rule of Foreign Domestic Helper in Hongkong.
• Have half a year of work experience relevant to this job.
