Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain investment models and project database (cash flow, deal flow, stacking plan);
• Collect and prepare research materials, e.g. demand/supply analysis on a macro level, land search, company search, transaction comparables, building plans;
• Analyze investment opportunities;
• Liaise with intermediaries and principals of property assets;
• Assist in the execution of sale and acquisition of properties. 

Requirements:

• Degree(s) in Architecture/Real Estate/Business/Finance;
• Good understanding of the real estate market in Asia; especially Greater China;
• Proficient in financial modeling and experienced in real estate project analysis;
• 1-3 years experience in investment banking, private equity, institutional real estate sectors will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Strong organization skills and numeric;
• Native level of spoken and written English with ability to speak Cantonese and write Chinese;

Possess legal status to work in Hong Kong.
