The incumbent will be assigned to work within our branch network to provide a variety of customer and counter services to customers. Structured training will be provided before commencement of job and progressive career opportunities will also be available to talented employees.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure branch operation procedures are properly complied
• Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations
• Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and maintain cooperative work environment

Requirements:

• Post secondary education
• A minimum of 5 years' sold experience in retail banking operations, with 2 years in supervisory level
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and PC skills
