Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle physical & CCASS Stock settlement against the client’s deposit & withdrawal instructions
- Compile SWIFT messages for settle payment instruction to SEOCH
- Prepare vouchers for fund settlement
- Assist to monitor BNK Report for Electronic CHATS Payment Instruction (“CPI”)
- Assist in handling CCASS events, CHATS Payment Instructions, corporate action, entitlement option & eipo/ipo application
- Follow up CCASS Entitlement Statement for settlement events by issue notification letter to related custodian clients
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in securities trading settlement and CCASS custodian operations areas
- Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination paper 1, 7 & 8
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
