Responsibilities:

• Prepare letters in response to external institutions including government departments, law enforcement agencies, firms of solicitors and accounting firms on account enquiries and in compliance with internal guidelines and regulations stipulated by the authorities
• Perform authorization on various input on customers status
• Provide operation support to branches and other departments
• Supervise junior supervisors and clerical staff in performing daily duties
• Prepare analytical and management reports on operation performance
• Monitor operational efficiency and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in various ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' banking experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
• Knowledge in front-line operation, especially on account opening is an advantage
• A good team player with strong analytical, leadership, management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
