Qualification/Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a managing fitting out project
• Diploma / Certificate holder in building related discipline preferable
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good spoken Mandarin preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Knowledge in Photoshop preferred
• Willing to work on site and overtime

Scope of Major Duties:

• Assist the PM in coordinating all site installation matters and report problems encountered onsite installation
• Assist the PM in coordinating and liaising with sub-contractors
• To monitor materials ordering and logistics to meet the project programme
• Inspect the site regularly and report to Project Manager for any unusual observations.
• Assist the PM in preparing O&M manual upon project completion
• Assist the PM in preparing as-built drawings & working drawings
• Prepare progress report and take site photos regularly
• Assist in obtaining material cost and preparing quotations
