Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Prototypes:  Review the conformity with the technical files of the prototypes proposed by commercial teams, monitor the corrective actions requested by Europe and South America partners.
• Size Set Measurements: Control the size sets proposed by suppliers and update the database. Follow size set approvals with partners and collaborate with merchandisers and suppliers.
• Suppliers Scoring: Compute a number of key indicators to measure the fitting performance of suppliers.
• Inspectors Training: Provide regular training of external and internal inspectors on Casino measurement methodology.

Requirements:

• Technician graduated from a Textile and Clothing Institute with a specialization in pattern construction and/or clothing technology.
• At least 3+ years of working experience as a fitting engineer/technician in garment industry.
• Preferably with paper pattern skill.
• Previous experience of working in related industry such as international buying office, trading company, or textile/garment factories.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control practices in the consumer goods industry. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented. Able to work independently.
• Good working attitude, willing to learn.
