Requirements:

- MHKIS/MRICS (Building Surveying discipline), MHKIE (Structural Engineering discipline) or equivalent;

- At least 4 years working experience in building/ construction industry

- Responsible, good leadership and communication skills

- Independent and self-motivated

- Good command of English and Chinese both spoken and written

- Immediate availability will be an advantage

- Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered as an Assistant Project Manager

Duties:

- Carry out feasibility studies and building surveying services

- Handle Alteration & Addition, Renovation and other projects related to Minor Works and Orders under BO.

- Perform contract administration from inception to completion phase including preparation of reports, tender drawings/documentations, etc.

- Conduct site inspections, attend projects and sites meetings.
