Responsibilities

• Identify, create and maximize affiliate and partnership development opportunity to lead product sales growth

• Responsible for all marketing strategy including liaising marketing communications, community relations, internal relations, and all other encounters an organization may have with its various audiences.

• Design customer service packages that would exceed the customers expectation and enhance the retention rate of the customer

• Fully In charge of E-Commerce positioning and execution to boost sustainable sales growth of the organization 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 -8 years’ work experience in digital/internet business, e-commerce and/or mobile app development.

• Possess track record in business development position and leading agencies work is preferred

• Excellent understanding of American consumer market trends

• Familiar with Social Media communication channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)

• Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills

• Be able to work in a startup environment and be flexible in daily operation
