Job Description:

• Ensure the Maintenance Department supports the needs of production and operations, and keep all production equipments and facilities includes machines, building and other structures in proper working condition;
• Set up effective KPI that supports the organizational objectives;
• Develop and implement TPM program to minimize machine downtime;
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment performs in safe and environmentally complied manner and to ensure all personal protective equipment is used properly;
• Ensure adequate inventory level of spare parts and maintenance supplies;
• Manage external vendor/contractors to ensure the plant is adequately supported;
• Identify the need for machinery or equipment improvement, and replacement;
• Ensure timely completion and appropriate prioritization of maintenance and repairs works;
• Review procedures to improve the overall performance, safety or productivity;
• Develop staffs through coaching, and trainings;
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Maintenance Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline;
• Min. 8 years relevant Plant Maintenance and Industrial Engineering in manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in managerial level;
• Experience in Printing Production and TPM program will be an advantage;
• Strong influencing skill to inspire people for continuous improvement and execution;
• Good team player and time management;
• Excellent organization, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good command of written Chinese, spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Fair command of written and spoken English;
• Station in Dongguan is required
