MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:

- Be responsible for providing service & repairing of machine

- Provide machine demonstration to customers

- Provide service & repair training to staff and customers

- Be responsible for spare parts inventory management

- Provide solutions to customers and provide timely responses to customers' enquiries

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree or diploma holder in Mechnical/Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 2 years working experience of repairing in office machines or printing machines, familiarity with robotics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems. Fresh graduate my also be considered

- Self-motivated, good communication skill and is able to work independently

- Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese

- Good computer knowledge and litercy

- Willing to work in shift
