    Job duties:

    1. Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau
    2. Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract
    3. Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue
    4. Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.
    5. Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation
    6. Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue

     Requirement:

    1. High Diploma Holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
    2. 0 - 2  years working experience on with laboratory instruments/equipment
    3. Knowledge on Life Science and Diagnostic field is an advantage.  
    4. Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
    5. Self-motivated, good responsibility, be patient and can work under pressure
    6. Good English, Cantonese and Putonghua
