The Engineering Operations Manager will have an important role in AHK and we are looking for a well-motivated and highly driven professional with excellent communication skills to fulfil this role in the Engineering Department of AHK.

Reporting to the Manager Engineering, the position holder will be responsible for ensuring the fleet’s on-time performance and aircraft availability targets are met and will be the designated coordinator between AHK and the maintenance contractors on all engineering related matters.

Requirements

• Aircraft Maintenance License or University graduate in an engineering discipline
• At least 7 years of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience or equivalent
• With leadership and/or supplier management experience
• Good team player with excellent communication, business, interpersonal, organizational, planning, project management and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and with good analytical and strategic thinking
• Fluent in conversational and written English
• Willing to travel to visit AHK maintenance facilities in South-East Asia
• Technical experience on A300-600 and B747-400 is an advantage
