Responsibilities

• To provide high quality customer services at customer service counters
• To handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
• To assist in promotional events and redemption programs
• To handle car park monthly and hourly parking issues
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above or Diploma holder in Hospitality / Property Management / Tourism or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in hotel management or customer service related industries
• Outgoing, cheerful, initiative, good team spirit and customer service oriented
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC knowledge
• Shift duty is required (but no overnight shift)
