Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in western fine dining Restaurant, hotels or clubs.
- Good customer service skills, polite and confident
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Wine knowledge would be an advantage
- 6 days working on shift
- Immediate available is preferable

We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities. We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon.
