Role & Responsibilities:

• To assist in planning, implementation, and execution of sales plan
• To acquire and retain key corporate accounts through sales activities (appointments, cold calls, entertainment, site inspections)
• To implement sound sales management practices and follow up processes to identify opportunity for corporate sales campaigns, products and distribution channels
• To manage and maintain strategic synergy with corporate partners at the executive levels and across organizations
• To monitor and review the sales performance for the sales team
• To research, identify and capitalize market opportunities
• To prepare regular sales activities report and be actively involved in the preparation of the marketing plan

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration/ Hotel/ Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience, 2 years of which at managerial level with hotel and recreation facilities experience
• Highly motivated and independent achiever, with outstanding communication skills
• Experience in dealing with affluent markets preferred
• Strong ability to coordinate with other key functions/ senior internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
