- Manage the kitchen’s daily operations cost-effectively and efficiently within budget
- Monitor the quality of dishes produced in the kitchen; create monthly and seasonal menus in cooperation with the restaurant managers
- Establish and monitor food quality goals and kitchen standards, ensure the kitchen and utensils are clean and hygienic
- Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service by leading, motivating and coaching team members to exceed guests’ expectations
- Provide supervision, direction and training to kitchen staff to achieve department goals
- Oversee kitchen administration, including roster and payroll records reports to management
- Excellent culinary skill, product knowledge of Western and International cuisine
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in 4 to 5 star Western kitchens
- Stationed in Macau
