Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Steward to supervise the daily operations of stewarding.
• Oversee the preparation of cutlery and kitchen equipment for use.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness and storage of cutlery and kitchen equipment.
• Notify Chief Steward of any shortages and damaged equipment.
• Assist in stocktaking of cutlery and kitchen equipment on a regular basis.
• Ensure the hygiene and cleaning standards are maintained and meet the standard of hotel.

• 報告總管事任何有關設備的短缺和損壞.
• 協助定期盤點餐具及廚房器具.
• 確保食具的衛生情況達到標準.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Form 5 or above.
• Good communication skills.
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications.
• Basic conversational English would be an advantage.

入職要求:

• 具兩年或以上相關工作經驗，有酒店或餐飲經驗者優先.
• 中五或以上學歷.
• 良好領導才能及溝通能力.
• 懂文書處理及電腦應用.
• 懂基本英語會話更佳.
