Job Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and efficient food & beverage service to guests in lounge.
- Ensure outlet is ready and all material and operation equipment needed are in good condition for the service.
- Communicate to supervisors any difficulties, guests comment and other relevant information.
- Handle guests' reservations and inquiries.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirement- Secondary school F.5 or certificate in hotel or catering management or related field.
- 1 Year food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred
- Familiar with beverage, cocktails and wines.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work on shift.
- Good English and Cantonese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
